[6048] LDOC Digital Communication Services Technician-24/7 support

Clearance: NATO Secret or equivalent
Location: Izmir, Turkey

Requirements:

• Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 2+ years of post-related experience
• OR secondary educational qualification with 4+ years of post-related experience
• 3+ years of IT experience covering MS Windows Server, Active Directory, MS SQL Server, and general IT systems support
• Practical experience diagnosing network and associated equipment deficiencies
• Expertise installing and maintaining operating systems, data management products, office automation software, and utility software
• Knowledge of day-to-day IT network infrastructure support, including backup/restore, network performance reporting, diagnostics, and site surveys
• Experience reviewing, tailoring, installing, and testing system software updates and new releases
• Ability to investigate, coordinate, and resolve potential and active service issues

Activities:

• Provide first-line support and troubleshooting for LDOC systems issues
• Deliver 24/7 enhanced support, response, and restoration activities for LC2IS (Sitaware), NCOP, LOGFAS, TOPFAS, JOCWatch, JCHAT, SEW, ICC, AirC2IS, and JTS/FAST systems
• Maintain 30-minute response times and 1-hour resolution/restoration targets for supported systems
• Support Cisco WebEx, MS Teams, and other digital/hybrid event platforms
• Provide UHF TACSAT Radio Static Service support with 2-hour resolution targets for user incidents and 2–24 hour targets for CSU-resolvable technical issues
• Provide end-user device support for workstations, laptops, printers, and accessories with 30-minute response and 1-hour resolution targets
• Provide Video Wall, Video Matrix, Audio Services, VoSIP, and telephone support within defined SLA response times
• Provide NNMS support with 1-hour response and 4-hour resolution targets
• Work with CSU Izmir personnel and Layer 2/3 support teams to resolve LDOC CIS incidents
• Support technical delivery during large-scale digital and hybrid LDOC events
• Participate in daily reporting, planning activities, operational stand-ups, workshops, conferences, and service-related events
• Perform additional operational and technical duties as required
